our wedding guestbook

Remember when I said, just 4 days before our wedding, that we changed our minds on the guest book? Here it is! 🙂 If you didn’t already think we were crazy, I give you full permission to think so now. {cue exhausted-overwhelmed-laugh-so-i-don’t-cry}

Okay, it’s not THAT bad, and honestly, our new guest book plan = way less work than the first idea. The front and back covers are thin wooden boards, stained by Dave the Master Stainer, with our names, wedding date, and a heart painted on using my awesome Silhouette Cameo.

I cut thick Kraft cardstock to the same size as the covers and decorated them with different papers, stickers, and wooden hearts and arrows throughout.

It turned out like a mini-scrapbook and will look pretty cute sitting on our bookshelf afterward.

I’m liking quick and easy projects more and more as we get down to crunch time. This one saved us. I don’t think we could’ve done any more sawing or sanding at this point. 🙂

We load up and head out to the venue TOMORROW!! It’s looking like it’ll be a warm one on Saturday, but so far, NO RAIN! Hallelujah! 🙂
